Syarat & Ketentuan GAMES BNI POIN:

Games BNI POIN+ akan berlangsung selama periode November 2022 - April 2023 dengan jadwal tepatnya dapat dilihat melalui BNI POIN+ atau media publikasi resmi BNI.

Dalam hal ini BNI sebagai pemilik program Games BNI POIN+; dan PT Gift Management Indonesia (Giift) bekerjasama dengan PT. Dinomarket (Dinomarket.com) sebagai pelaksana Games BNI POIN+.

Nasabah wajib memiliki Kupon Games untuk bermain Games.

Nasabah melakukan penukaran sebesar 10 BNI POIN+ untuk mendapatkan 1 Kupon Games.

Nasabah dapat melakukan redeem BNI POIN+ miliknya menjadi Kupon Games dengan cara klik icon/logo BNI POIN+ setelah log in ke dalam BNI Mobile Banking.

Pastikan Nomor HP dan EMAIL ID (Aktif) terisi dengan benar, silakan update di Akun Saya > Profil > Contact Details.

Nasabah berhak menukarkan sebanyak-banyaknya BNI POIN+ yang dimilikinya untuk bermain Games BNI POIN+ selama periode Games BNI POIN+ berlangsung.

Warna, jenis, dan gambar hadiah tidak mengikat, barang yang dikirim mengikuti stok/ketersediaan yang ada.

Setelah melakukan redeem, nasabah akan menerima email berisi URL Link ke laman khusus Games BNI POIN+ dan kode Kupon Games.

Games akan dilaksanakan di laman khusus Games BNI POIN+ tersebut.

Keputusan pemenang tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

Pemenang Games BNI POIN+ akan dihubungi oleh Dinomarket (melalui Email, WA atau telepon yang terdaftar), untuk konfirmasi alamat pengiriman.

13.

Nama Pemenang akan ditampilkan setelah sesi Games BNI POIN+ berakhir.

14.

Sebelum hadiah dikirimkan kepada Nasabah, Nasabah wajib mengirimkan testimoni sebagai pemenang Games BNI POIN+ (ketentuan testimoni akan diinformasikan ketika pengumuman pemenang atau konfirmasi pemenang).

15.

SLA Retur Produk :

a.	Nasabah yang telah menerima produk dan menemukan kerusakan, maka di hari yang sama (1x24jam) harus melaporkan ke pihak Dinomarket perihal kerusakan tersebut sehingga memenuhi syarat untuk diganti produk yang baru.

b.	Produk yang rusak langsung dikirimkan ke PT Dinomarket setelah melaporkan perihal kerusakan tersebut.

c.	Produk pengganti baru akan dikirimkan maksimal 7 hari kerja setelah produk lama yang rusak telah diterima kembali.

Hadiah Games berupa produk Modena Cooker Hood IX 9156 90 cm akan dikirimkan maksimal 14 hari kerja setelah event Games berlangsung

Hadiah Games berupa produk iPhone 14 akan dikirimkan setelah tanggal 14 Maret 2023.

Hadiah Games berupa produk Apple Watch Ultra akan dikirimkan setelah tanggal 13 Maret 2023.

Hadiah Games berupa produk Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra akan dikirimkan setelah tanggal 20 Maret 2023.
