Up to 8 grinding levels for all types of coffee brewers : Espresso Machine [1-2], Moka Pot [3-4], Pour Over [3-4], Chemex [3-4], French Press [3-4], Cold Brew [6-7]. Low speed grind conserves coffee properties and aromas better.

Capacity : 3 Cup. Hopper has a capacity of roughly 70 grams for coffee beans.
CLEANING & CARE: Wipe the outside of the mill with soft, damp cloth. Never immerse the device into the water. To clean the inside of the grinder, use a brush, clean any remaining coffee grounds and rinse the grinder. It’s possible to disassemble the ceramic grinder if you want to clean completely. Adjust the grind level to 8 and remove the top nut by using wrench, then rinse it. Allow all the parts to completely dry and then reassemble the grinder.
CLOGGING PREVENTION: In some rare instances, the grinder could get clogged with residues. If this happens, empty hopper, remove base, turn the adjustment ring to setting 8, then shake up and down, push the residues downward to clean the grinder area. Once clean, turn the adjustment setting back to your desired grind level.
CAUTIONS: Keep fingers clear when attaching cover and removing or replacing the glass base. Please do not tighten the grinder and the glass base too hard.
